Client Agreement and Disclaimer
This Agreement and Disclaimer ("Agreement") is entered into between ClinMedley and myself (the client)("Client") for the provision of services related to physician assistant admissions coaching, PA student test question banks, PA student clinical medicine courses, PANCE/PANRE practice question banks, ARC-PA Program accreditation consulting, PA program, and doctorate program creation consulting.
- Services
The Company agrees to provide one or more of the following services to the Client:
- Physician Assistant Admissions Coaching:
- Comprehensive support and guidance throughout the physician assistant admissions process.
- Payment and Fees
The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected services as specified in the Company's pricing and payment terms provided to the Client. Payment is due in full before the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Confidentiality
The Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the services. Both parties shall take all necessary precautions to protect this information from unauthorized disclosure.
- Disclaimer
The services provided by the Company are intended to offer guidance, resources, and support. While every effort is made to provide accurate and valuable information, the Company makes no guarantees or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the outcomes or results of the services. The Client acknowledges that success in PA admissions, test preparation, clinical studies, or accreditation processes may depend on various factors, including individual effort and external circumstances.
- Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information to the Company. The Client must also adhere to any agreed-upon schedules, deadlines, and requirements as outlined in the service agreements.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client may be entitled to a refund of any unused prepaid fees, subject to the Company's refund policy.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
- Refund Policy
There is a 7 day no questions asked 100% refund policy on all services. After 7 days there will be no refunds.
